18 Days Till My Surgery

Didn't do so hot with my liquid diet again today. I guess I have to have to doctor tell me that I have to do it or I won't be able to stick to it.
I'll bet I'll have to have my surgery open and it'll be my own fault.

Not much else new around here.

Tomorrow the kids are off school and I plan to take them to get a hair cut. I also plan on getting groceries and going to the gym.

Jon L. Schram, MD, FACS

Dr. Jon Schram* is a bariatric and general surgeon with more than 18 years of general surgical experience. He serves as a bariatric surgeon at Forest Health Medical Center in southeast Michigan, and in Holland, Michigan.

Upon completion of a BS degree at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Dr. Schram received his MD degree in 1985 from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his internship and surgical residency at Michigan State University/Butterworth Hospital.

Dr. Schram has numerous medical affiliations, including Ottawa County Medical Society, American Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society.

Dr. Schram is licensed in the state of Michigan and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery.
