Temptation Is Calling.

Just got back from the movies. I caved and had a hotdog. Not bad in the grand scheme of things but I should have resisted.
Now we're at the liquor store and temptation is calling again. Dan asked me twice if I wanted anything and I do but I'm holding strong. NO ALCOHOL till I'm in Mexico. If we go out tonight I'll drink my water and crystal light.

Jon L. Schram, MD, FACS

Dr. Jon Schram* is a bariatric and general surgeon with more than 18 years of general surgical experience. He serves as a bariatric surgeon at Forest Health Medical Center in southeast Michigan, and in Holland, Michigan.

Upon completion of a BS degree at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Dr. Schram received his MD degree in 1985 from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his internship and surgical residency at Michigan State University/Butterworth Hospital.

Dr. Schram has numerous medical affiliations, including Ottawa County Medical Society, American Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society.

Dr. Schram is licensed in the state of Michigan and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery.
